Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by ke4d. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ke4d ("ke4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at ke4d.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your registration, access, and use of all products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets, slot games, and any other wagering products made available from time to time.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. ke4d operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ke4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the required age cannot be verified.
2.2 Identity. You must be a natural person and register using your genuine legal identity. Accounts registered in a false name, under another person's identity, or on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited and will be closed without prior notice, with all associated balances forfeited.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device or payment method — is a material breach of this Agreement. ke4d may close all associated accounts and confiscate all balances upon detection of multi-accounting.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. ke4d does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. ke4d makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.5 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Persons who have been diagnosed with or are being treated for problem gambling, or who have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform, are not permitted to open or use an Account with ke4d.
3.1 Registration Process. To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred currency (IDR).
3.2 KYC Verification. ke4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal or upon request at any time during the account lifecycle. KYC verification requires submission of:
3.3 Verification Timeline. ke4d aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Delays caused by submission of incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation are the responsibility of the Player.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information at all times. ke4d accepts no liability for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or account restrictions resulting from inaccurate or outdated Player information.
4.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ke4d recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ke4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ke4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification.
4.3 Account Sharing. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ke4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. ke4d does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. Delays caused by banking maintenance, network outages, or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Christmas, Indonesian Independence Day, etc.) are outside ke4d's control and will not result in compensation.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. ke4d will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the Player's Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals require:
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional manual review may take up to 24 hours.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. ke4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of Rp 5.000.000 or above, or any withdrawal that triggers internal risk-management thresholds.
5.7 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ke4d does not charge currency conversion fees; however, transactions involving non-IDR payment instruments may be subject to conversion rates applied by the relevant financial institution.
6.1 General. ke4d may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral incentives, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, or Indonesian Independence Day. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ke4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play ("bonus hunting"), or using automated software to place bets. Detection of bonus abuse may result in voiding of bonus balances, confiscation of related winnings, and account closure.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. ke4d reserves the right to restrict or revoke bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.5 Expiry. Bonuses and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ke4d accepts no liability for expired Bonuses.
6.6 Withdrawal of Bonuses. ke4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible Players prior to any such change.
7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to ke4d's General Betting Rules and any product-specific rules applicable to the relevant market, including but not limited to sports betting (Asian Handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay accumulators), togel lottery draws, live casino tables, and slot games.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. ke4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after an event has already commenced or concluded; (b) the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; (c) the bet is suspected to be part of a coordinated or fraudulent wagering pattern; or (d) the Player's Account is under review.
7.3 Manifest Errors. If ke4d publishes incorrect odds, lines, or game results due to a technical error or human mistake ("Manifest Error"), ke4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake at its sole discretion. ke4d's decision on Manifest Error determinations is final.
7.4 Maximum Payout. ke4d applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be updated from time to time. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum payout limits will be reduced to the stated maximum, and the Player will not be entitled to any amount above that limit.
7.5 Togel Rules. Togel bets are settled strictly in accordance with the official draw results published by the relevant market authority (e.g., Singapore Pools for SGP markets, HKJC for HK markets). In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
7.6 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant as presented by the live dealer at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, ke4d will attempt to complete the round using server-side records; if a round cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ke4d brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, data feeds, and compiled odds — is the exclusive property of ke4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting and gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or commercially exploited without ke4d's prior written consent.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to ke4d for distribution on the Platform.
10.1 Platform Availability. ke4d does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Planned maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary service interruptions. ke4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ke4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, missed betting opportunities, or system failure.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. ke4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. ke4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government action, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failure, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
11.1 Commitment. ke4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Players to remain in control of their gaming activity at all times. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11.3 Underage Gambling. ke4d strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access their Account credentials or the Platform.

12.1 By ke4d. ke4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ke4d reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, reputational, or commercial risk to ke4d.
12.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ke4d's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
12.3 Forfeiture on Termination for Cause. Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach of this Agreement (including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse), ke4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money Balances — held in the Account at the time of closure.
13.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ke4d holds its international operating licence.
13.2 The parties agree that any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
13.3 Nothing in this clause limits ke4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any breach of this Agreement.
14.1 ke4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
14.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions that is current at the time a dispute arises shall be the version applicable to that dispute.
